Love horses but not sure where to start? We’ve got you covered! 

Our PLHDR Horsemanship Lessons are designed to take you and or your child from horse-fan to confident rider in a safe, super-fun environment. We don’t just teach riding—we teach the complete horse experience!

What a typical lesson looks like:

• The Warm-Up: Catch, groom, and saddle up your dedicated lesson horse.

• In the Saddle: Learn real communication, ground skills, and safe riding techniques.

• The Cool Down: Master the art of horse after-care and rewarding your hard-working partner.

Rain or shine, we ride! If the weather doesn't cooperate, the fun moves into our indoor venue for interactive horse husbandry and theory. Boost your child's confidence and sign up for a session today!

 Regular Lesson Time Duration is 1.5 hours. Lead Line Lesson Time Duration is 1 hour..

Our horsemanship lessons are scheduled in your choice of sessions.

*** Lead Line Group Lessons are a 1 hour session at a cost of $35 per student with 3-5 students in the class (cost of side walker included) We require the students to sign up and prepay for four weeks at a cost of $140 + GST.
**Group Horsemanship Lessons are a 1.5 hour session at a cost of $35 per student with 4-6 students in the class. We require each student to sign up and prepay for four weeks at a cost of $140 + GST.
*** Semi Private Horsemanship Lessons(3 students) are a 1.5 hour session at a cost of $50 per student with 3 students in the class. We require the students to sign up and prepay for four weeks at a cost of $200 + GST.

*** Semi Private Horsemanship Lessons(2 students) are a 1.5 hour session at a cost of $65 per student with 2 students in the class. We require the students to sign up and prepay for four weeks at a cost of $260 + GST.
*** Private Horsemanship Lessons are a 1.5 hour session at a cost of $80 per student with 1 student in the class. We require the student to sign up and prepay for four weeks at a cost of $320 + GST.
****Drop In Horsemanship Lessons are a 1 hour session at a cost of $95 per student with 1-5 students in the class. There is no requirement for extended sign up dates.

 

We provide you with the Horse and tack. 

*We ask that you use a certified equine sport helmet and footwear with a 1 inch heel. (We can provide certified equine helmets if you do not have your own)

*Recommended for kids 4 and up as well as adults, (they must have the ability to follow direction of the coach, and steer, and stop.) 
*If your student requires a side walker there is an additional fee of $15 per lesson. 
 

*No horse experience needed.
