When should I arrive?

We please ask that guests arrive at the location 10 minutes before the ride is scheduled to depart.

Is there an age restriction for a sleigh/wagon ride?

No!
All ages are welcome!
Minors under 18 years old participating must have a parent or legal guardian on the ride with them.

Question 3

Do you offer wagon rides anywhere else besides the Ranch?

Yes!
We offer wagon rides anywhere in Alberta!
Our team and choice between Carriage, Oak Wagon, and Hitch Wagon are available to be booked for anywhere in Alberta. We do charge a travel fee as well as the hourly fee per ride. 
All custom/offsite rides must be called in for booking. Some destinations are subject to a permit. All details can be further disccused during time of booking.

Question 4

Are the horses friendly? Can I pet them?

Absolutely!
Our teams are very friendly and handled each day. 
Pets on the nose are definitely welcomed, but we do ask you approach the driver first and touch the horses respectfully.

Question 5

Can I bring my dog/pet to the Ranch?

No.
For safety reasons we ask you please leave all pets at home.
