Service Description

Drop Off Time: 9am Pick Up Time 3pm This camp is an introduction to Horsemanship in a fun, confidence building, & safe way. It is suitable for campers who have never been around horses. They will learn in a teamwork atmosphere to care for their camp horse. Along with learning about handling and communicating with a horse. Campers will also do crafts, games, and horse theory. This is a great camp for kids who are not quite able to ride completely on their own. Campers Must Supply: All riders are required to wear a helmet designed for equine activities which is equipped with a safety chin strap. (Bike helmets are no longer allowed due to our insurance policy. PLHDR has limited supply of helmets, however we encourage to purchase your own.) Footwear with a heel. No running shoes for riding time. We require FULL PAYMENT OF SERVICE to complete your booking. Please make payments by e-transfer to plhdrs@gmail.com. If you would like to pay with a credit card please call the office. NOTE: There will be a 5% service fee add to all credit card transactions NOW ACCEPTING Visa, Mastercard, and Interact. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUN OF 72 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF SERVICE FEE. Between 71 hours and 36 hours notice we retain 50% of the service fee. Less than 35 hour notice we retain the full service fee.
