Service Description
Join us this season on an sleigh ride adventure! Our team will take you gliding through the snow down beautiful forest trails and through open fields. This fun filled ride is 1 hour long which includes a small stop to make beautiful snow angels (snow depending) as well as a chance to get up and personal with the horses. Bring the kids and whole family along! This is one ride you'll never forget. *Price per sleigh, not per person * Our sleighs accommodate 1500lbs of guest payload *Sleighs accommodate approximately 10 guests. An experience for all ages. Please dress for the weather. -If there is a lack of snow, we proceed with wagons We require a deposit to secure your booking. We take deposits by e-transfer only. We do not operate at temperatures below -25for the safety and well being of the horses and staff.
Cancellation Policy
PLHDR Services are scheduled according to staff and events availability. Please contact Karen at 780-878-1054 in regards to availability. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to book any of our services. All wagon, Daytime sleigh, Night Light rides require full payment of service fee within 24 hours of booking to complete the booking process If the Service Fee is not received in the 24 hours, the booking will then be canceled. Payment ensure that your booking is held. If PLHDR cancels your booking due to in climate weather conditions (temperature -25C and colder) we will refund you the service fee amount used to hold your booking. If a Guest would like to cancel their booking PLHDR requires a minimum 72 hours notice for there to be a full refund of the service fee. If the cancellation notice is less than 71 to 36 hours PLHDR retains 50% of the service fee. If a Guest cancels less that 31 hours, PLHDR will retain the complete service fee.
