Service Description

Experience this incredible 30 minute horseback ride along groomed trails at the PLHDR Ranch, fully illuminated by your own Trail Horse. This is a new service PLHDR is offering. Open Glow Trail Rides $30 per horse 30 minute trail ride where we provide each rider having their own horse You can reserve up to 6 horses. If you are reserving horses, you must pay a nonrefundable deposit of $15 per horse. This deposit will come off the total. Policies: Children under 18 years must have someone 18 years and older with them. Before you ride you must fill out a waiver form. Guardians are required to fill a wavier for children under the age of 18 years. Children 10 and over can participated on the Glow Trail Ride however must be able to follow Wrangler’s instructions and must be able to stop and turn their horse. We have a helmet policy that all riders must wear ASTM/SEI certified helmet for their safety. We advise you bring your own helmet. If you do not have a helmet we have certified helmets available in various sizes. You are required to wear covered footwear with a heel. No open toe shoes are allowed. If you show up wearing unsafe footwear, and refuse to wear a helmet, you will not be permitted to ride and there will be no refunds issued. Riding ‘double’ or having a side walker on the trail is prohibited in accordance with our insurance provider. Any abuse or mistreatment of our horses will result in dismounting the horse, and no refunds issued. Guests participating in horseback riding will need to be a maximum of 250 lbs. We are committed to the health of our horses and the safety of our guests. If you cancel once you have booked, we retain your deposit. Availability for Booking We keep our online calendar up to date and we can only provide this service on the dates listed on the calendar.


Cancellation Policy

**If there is a lack of snow, we proceed with wagons.** We require FULL PAYMENT OF SERVICE to complete your booking. Please make payments by e-transfer to plhdrs@gmail.com. If you would like to pay with a credit card please call the office. NOTE: There will be a 5% service fee add to all credit card transactions NOW ACCEPTING Visa, Mastercard, and Interact. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUN OF 72 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF SERVICE FEE. Between 71 hours and 36 hours notice we retain 50% of the service fee. Less than 35 hour notice we retain the full service fee.
