Service Description
Take a spectacular ride with us through brightly lit trails on our Christmas Light Night Ride. This 30 minute ride will start at the Ranch and take you down groomed trails in our very own backyard here in beautiful Central Alberta. With many colors and styles to see, this ride is one to remember! *Price per sleigh, not per person * This year we will be operating with four sleighs *Sleigh #1 is our biggest sleigh. It can accommodate the passenger payload 1800lbs of guest payload or approximately 14-12 guests (that being a mix of adults and children) Price $200 + GST *Sleigh #2 is our large sleigh, which can accommodate the passenger payload 1600lbs of guest payload or approximately 12-10 guests (that being a mix of adults and children) Price $180 + GST *Sleigh #3 is our medium sized sleigh. It can accommodate the passenger payload 1400lbs of guest payload or approximately 9-6 guests (that being a mix of adults and children) Price $160 + GST *Sleigh #4 is our smallest bob sleigh. It can accommodate the passenger payload 900lbs of guest payload or approximately 5 guests (that being a mix of adults and children) Price $140 + GST *All the above sleighs have straw seating. If you have an allergy to hay or straw please contact us. *Sleigh #5 Our 110 year old Antique Santa Sleigh is a lovely date night special sleigh ride. It can accommodate 2 passengers, snuggled under an Antique Buffalo Rug as you are whisked through the Christmas Lights. Price $120 + GST *Mixed Company Sleigh Rides This service is for guests who do not want to book a sleigh, and don't want to miss out on the Light Night Rides. Individual Sleigh Ride Tickets are $20 person. Ages 3 and under are free if they can sit on a lap. Price $20 + GST An experience for all ages. Please dress for the weather. **If there is a lack of snow, we proceed with wagons.** We require a deposit to secure your booking. We take deposits by e-transfer to plhdrs@gmail.com. NOW ACCEPTING Visa, Mastercard, and Interact. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUN OF 72 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND OF SERVICE FEE. Between 71 hours and 36 hours notice we retain 50% of the service fee. Less than 35 hour notice we retain the full service fee. We do not operate at temperatures below -25 for the safety and well being of the horses and staff.






Cancellation Policy
PLHDR Services are scheduled according to staff and events availability. Please contact Karen at 780-878-1054 in regards to availability. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to book any of our services. All wagon, Daytime sleigh, Night Light rides require full payment of service fee within 24 hours of booking to complete the booking process If the Service Fee is not received in the 24 hours, the booking will then be canceled. Payment ensure that your booking is held. If PLHDR cancels your booking due to in climate weather conditions (temperature -25C and colder) we will refund you the service fee amount used to hold your booking. If a Guest would like to cancel their booking PLHDR requires a minimum 72 hours notice for there to be a full refund of the service fee. If the cancellation notice is less than 71 to 36 hours PLHDR retains 50% of the service fee. If a Guest cancels less that 31 hours, PLHDR will retain the complete service fee.
